Target has the Up & Up (Target brand) Baby Wipe Tubs priced at $1.29 -$1.74 (North Charleston, SC store had them for $1.54). Use the $1 OFF coupon here - or print it at the store- for CHEAP baby wipes! Some are reporting the refills and flushable wipes are FREE after coupons at their store! These don't expire until 12/5/2009 but I would expect Target to raise the price soon - so get it while you can! Call your store if you want to verify they are in stock/price check!
