Food Lion Coupon Policy (posted in store)
"Our company will gladly accept manufacturer and store coupons, provided they scan in our register system.  We will however, decline the use of single-sided coupons offering a free product, a coupon that's a higher dollar amount than the product's value, a competitor's coupon, or if the coupon appears to be computer generated, copied, or reproduced. Unfortunately we will only accept one coupon per item."
**NOTE**
Your mileage may vary on this.  My local Food Lion will allow stacking of a FLIP and a manufacturer's coupon.  However, it's only one FLIP per item, per day.  Our store does permit internet printables - some stores don't.  Check with your local store for sure. Don't forget - Food Lion does NOT double!

Publix Coupon Policy
There is no "official" coupon policy for Publix in writing (I've emailed - that's what they said!).  Basically this is how it goes and your mileage may vary:
-Publix will double all manufacturer's coupons up to 50¢.
-Publix does NOT ever accept expired coupons.
-Publix does accept competitor coupons.  PLEASE NOTE - It is completely up to the store who they consider a competitor.  Unfortunately is also subject to change at any time!

**NOTE**
These policies are a work in progress!  I am still waiting on return emails from Walgreens, and from CVS.  If you have any questions, please email me!
